Video Clip Refers to "Seeing your physician." We offer Nurse Practitioner ServicesCovid-19 RulesJust a reminder - absolutely no walk-ins until further notice. We are making well child and vaccine appointments for our primary care and non-primary care patients. Many things can be handled over the telephone that Medicaid usually requires to be an in person visit. We will make appointments so that your child is not exposed to others. Do not bring other adults or children with you.
Is your child ready for school? Children need physical exams to attend school when they start attending a new school and to attend Pre-K, Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 4th grade, 7th grade and 10th grade and annually to participate in sports. These exams must be after April 1 for the next school year. Some school districts have adopted a new schedule. We will give you school forms with all exams. They also need to have their vaccinations current. If you need physicals or shots for your child, we recommend you see us in May, June or July to minimize your wait time. You and your child will be happier if the health care is done and your child won't be out of school for missing shots or exams. Vaccines must be current within 14 days of the start of school each Fall. Follow us on Facebook to see if we are out of any vaccines. |
